Snohomish County Apartment Operators Association was formed as is a non-profit Association in 1973 for the purpose of serving the interests and welfare of its members who are owners and operators of rental housing.  We endeavor to provide our members with information, resources, education and protection.  Approved BYLAWS 07-28-2010
