Dear WAA Member:

As a member of SCAOA, you are a member of the Washington Association Apartment Association (WAA).  On Friday, July 13, WAA had its quarterly board meeting and voted overwhelmingly to support Rob McKenna for Governor.

We are sending out this fundraising letter and would like you to join us for lunch with Rob on Tuesday, September 25 at noon at the Double Tree Guest Suites in Tukwila (16500 Southcenter Parkway, Seattle, WA 98188 (across the street from South Center Mall).

This letter is your official invitation.  The Washington Apartment Association feels that Rob is the best candidate to protect our property rights and support the Residential Landlord and Tenant Act.  In the event the House of Representatives and Senate continue to be Democrat at least we will have a Republican Governor that can veto legislation that we oppose.  It has been 29 years since there has been a Republican Governor and now is the time to elect Rob McKenna.  We urge you to attend and Mark Gjurasic, WAA Lobbyist, will personally introduce you to Rob at this event – we cannot let this opportunity slide by.  We would like you to make a personal donation of any size, made payable to, “Friends of Rob McKenna.”
